Surely it makes more sense to release bigger, more epic episodes on Bluray, that will show off the VFX etc...?

What's Tao of Rodney, Midway and McKay and Mrs Miller doing on that list? The Shrine is ok because it was an excellent episode.

I believe they're using these to see if there's interest enough to release the seasons on Blu.

I agree. Otherwise I'd have Sunday on there as well.

I'd agree with the Premiere, and The Siege being on there. Probably the finale as well, but the rest are a little bit of an odd choice.

Considering this was a fan vote in, I suspect many fans went in with the mind set of "Hey, this was a good episode. I'll vote for that!" instead of "Hey, this episode would kick ass in high-def! I'll vote for that!"

"Tao...", "Midway", "The Shrine," and "M&MM", seem to be fan favorites.

On another topic, I find it interesting they have both the "Rodney-Gets-Smart" and the "Rodney-Gets-Dumb" episodes.

Ridiculous. There's no way MGM will sit on this cash cow instead of releasing it on DVD. It might be their stated line, but I don't buy it.
