I remember sometime around 2002-ish there were a couple of annotated Star Trek scripts knocking about on the internet. They were done by a guy named 'Facer' or something like that, and I remember them as being hilarious. 
I wanted to give them another read, but unfortunately have discovered they no longer seem to be hosted anywhere. There's a few forums with older links, but they're all broken.
