This is horrible.
The thing that really stand out to me is that the horse doesn't even attempt to stand up, it just kicks a couple times, and then lays there.
There's also the fact that not a single person even seems concerned about it, a whole bunch of people go check on the rider, but not a single person goes to the horse.
I always wonder when people let productions like this use their horses, if they know what they're going to be doing to them.

Probably broke it's neck... Different countries have different rules (or totally lack any) concerning animal abuse. I have no idea what South Korea's rules are.

All the Fresian Horse vids are fun to watch, but a happy queen is a whole other thing.
This is the sort of thing they used to do in Hollywood movies before 1940 (the infamous "running W"). It's unbelievable that this kind of blatant animal abuse can happen today in a modern civilized nation.
According to the video, "The Korean Animal Welfare Association (KAWA) filed a suit against KBS for violating the Animal Protection Law." If such a law exists, you'd think criminal charges would be filed. Don't know how things work in Korea, though.
