My mom and I went back out on another desert hike to today and I took some pictures of who we saw out there.
We've encountered the same group of donkeys the last few including this one. We think he's a jack, but we haven't been able to tell for sure.

I posted some pictures of this owl from last time we went out, but now the baby is big enough we were able to see it. You can just barely see it to the left of the parent in the pictures, it's a little hard to make out.
