There's a squirrel on the back porch right now scavenging for discarded bird seed. When it wasn't looking, I threw some fruit out there and it ate them right up. Then I threw some moreand it ate them again. Does it not think about where they came from since they weren't there a minute ago?
Watching the Wildlife Aid channel on YT has shown me how much less aggressive European badgers are compared to their American cousins. And that isn't even bringing the African honey badger into it.
