The only way I can sum up my feelings about the linked video is:

being short, I’ve long held the opinion stores should have little footstools about to help shoppers reach the top shelf. Just saying this could have been avoided.

Hindsight is always 20/20.
I love how once it gets to the top shelf, it just flops down. I think if I were in the store that day, I would have just let it stay there as long as it wanted.

Stores probably did have stepstools or ladders for customers, until the first store got sued by a customer who fell off one of those stools or ladders.
