I haven't posted in here in ages. I guess being sick all year does that to a person.

I'm still collecting American Girl dolls, but I've added Hairdorables. I have four so far. I'll post a photo later. I've added one new American Girl this past summer- a doll with no hair. She was my companion while I underwent chemotherapy. A second Wellie Wisher, Willa, also joined my collection.

ETA- I guess I never posted my Christmas present from last year, either, American Girl's Girl of the Year, Luciana. I will definitely post photos of her!

For Kiras birthday in August she got to goto the American Girl Doll store in Manhattan, she had lunch with her doll and got Luciana as her present. Then both Kira and Luciana got their hair and nails done in the salon.

I got this WWE Superstars stage playset today brand new for 90% off it's original price. It's a pretty good deal for everything it comes with.

Bones isn't sure why he agreed to come.

I meant to take a picture but the Disney store has two exclusive Black Series Star Wars Figures. One is a battle damaged Stormtrooper with explosions and the second is a battle damaged Captain Phasma with the cut in the helmet where you can see her eye.

This guy from Team Fortress 2 does mechanical engineering but he had to stand in for a bricklayer today!
I always have been fascinated by brickwork. I work in an engineer's office industry, I draw plans for houses and bridges that get built. But mostly concrete these days. I did learn how to do proper brick walls when I studied for my job, but apparently I have lost my touch. If you look very closely, you can see that I did the corner wrong. In any case, you always start a row with a 3/4 brick.
