I was in Target tonight and ran across these. They remind me of the DC line from last year, either way I think they are awesome!

I finally continued work on my DIY transporter. I painted the lazy susan spice rack thing silver then added some little greebles I had. It's basically finished at this point. 
I've mostly kept my toy collection to the occasional Godzilla or Ultraman figure, out of a shortage on cash and space. But damn, that DC Primal Age line announced at NYCC (from Funko, apparently as Amazon Exclusives) really look fun, and I want them!

Here are some recently revealed pics of the Decepticon contingent for the upcoming Siege branch. Some of them look pretty interesting and potentially good (Shockwave's new mode seems to draw on elements of the animated Nemesis ship model), and Flywheels looks pretty nice (but unlike the recent version of Battletrap, he's still a "true" Duocon with no smaller robot modes). One thing I admit to disliking is the "gristle" detailing on some figures like Soundwave. It just doesn't look right to me, and I'm not overly keen on the battle damaged details either. It just looks really weird.

It seems if you buy three Reflectors, they can merge into the combined camera mode. There's also a Titan-scale Omega Supreme in the works, but all that's been revealed so far is his tank/head module which seems to be G1 based.

Kirk and Spock went to Saxon Switzerland today for a bit of cave exploring and rock climbing. I took many figures with me so there will be more pictures from today's outing.

And thank you. I didn't have enough little stumps for them to sit on and having him hold the flask was tricky so I gave him a chair. Wonderful photos too.

Aww, man...! You make me so jealous! You managed to get the convention exclusive M'Ress ornament and she appears to fit the scale of those "retro" figures.
Looks like I'll have to pay a premium on eBay if I really, really want her. The "connections" of "connections" I had going to one of the three cons where she was sold did not pan out.
