I have something for Throwback Thursday - it arrived today. I used to have such a TV on legs for the dollhouse in my childhood but then it was broken and we threw it away. I got nostalgic and got one from ebay. Mine was with "Hansel and Gretel" though, this one is "Snow White". It has a little plug for electricity so the screen lights up, and when you turn the wheel at the side the pictures change and tell the whole fairytale.
And look what stylish boxes we had back then in Eastern Germany! We always had to be careful to not waste stuff and also were big on recycling, so no plastic here, just cardboard. And it was just as big as it needed to be, no empty air bubbles here

I meant to respond to this.. I probably sounded harsher than I intended, and I'm sorry man. I have a WW shirt (she is among my top 3 favorite characters in comics) and people sometimes give me a look but usually I get compliments.
Jack was doing sightseeing in Dresden, minding his own business, when suddenly a rift opened and he got attacked by wolf creatures! Sadly he also lost his holster with the webley from his belt. No idea how that happened. I went back and tried to look for it but couldn't find it at the cobblestones. I have another holster with a weapon but it is no webley. I ordered a new one but usually they don't fit in other holsters.
I had a funny idea in my head. I don't have the figures to do it but anyway.

Well Megatron finally arrived. Today. I thought as it had been a bit long that the order had got lost in the mail. Now I am not sure whether to open the box or not as it all looks so cool with the packaging and everything.
I'm repeating myself here, but you always have the coolest toys.

This is a pretty nice version of Megatron, IMO. It has a clean transformation and looks good in both forms.
He looks very cool. And the tank treads actually work. But I'm torn on whether or not to open the box.
I collect Robotech, Star Blazers, and Mechwarrior/Battletech figures and toys. I have approx 5000 Mechwarrior figures.
So I took my boys to Target, needed to pick up a few things. I wanted them to choose something from the new DC line, however unfortunately we were greeted by this.
Nice to see that it has sold well. Just sad they couldn't get anything.

They must be hella popular
Selling out of new figures is always a good sign. It's whether or not they restock them and quickly, though, that determines if a store knows what it's doing.
