A happy day in the Mushroom Kingdom. My new SHFiguarts Mario figure and Princess Peach Came in the mail. I'm very happy with this Princess Peach figure. She's the best looking figure of her I have found online. The others I've seen were bad bootlegs with terrible face sculpts. I'm also very happy with the SHFiguarts Mario figure. I got a nice deal on it on Amazon. Now to get the diorama sets and Luigi. The Mushroom pedestal was from a set I found at hobby lobby.
Got the Rebels AT-DP Driver figure today along with the Return of the Jedi Digital Release Commemorative Figure multipack, which includes the brand-new Wicket the Ewok and Biker Scout along with repacks of Boba Fett and Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker. They're all 5-POA figures but for throwback articulation they look fantastic and make for great display pieces.
Also, the window box with a removable outer sleeve looks pretty cool. Each of the six multipacks (one for each existing film in the Saga) comes with replicas of the respective movie's theatrical poster on the back of the box, and the original ROTJ poster from 1983 is printed on the back of the Episode VI packaging.

Apparently hard to find. I just bid on one at ebay. Only one listed. And Toy Wiz only had one in stock...for $24.

Pizza Dog! This is about as close to a HawkGuy figure as we're ever going to get. I think I'll have to pick him up at some point too.
Great Kirk figures, Bill! I can't remember the last time I saw any of those, especially the Deleted Scene Kirk from Generations.
Dammit. Already outbid on the Scarlet Witch.

A few people here and there are actually finding Wave 4 of the new Rebels/Saga Legends line (Endor Luke, Endor Han, Endor Leia, Clone Commander Bly) when Wave 3 hasn't even surfaced in most places. I'm caught up on the first two waves but have yet to see anything newer, including the Bespin Han Solo and Skiff Guard Lando.
Once that West Coast dock shutdown was resolved the floodgates started to open. Some areas have gone from no new figures at all for months and now seeing too many all at once. I wish we'd have gotten this level of distribution before the dock issues ever started.

With hindsight, I think that the Generations Kirk figure was one of the indications that the entire franchise was going off the rails. One of the little pack-in trinkets was the wine bottle from the beginning of the film. What kid wouldn't be excited to play with that?!?
And knowing Playmates, the bottle was pink, green or blue, wasn't it?
Thought as much. Playmates had a unique style to say the least.

Yeah, I just picked up the ROTJ figure set on Monday. They had all six on the shelf but the Episode VI version was the only one I wanted that day. For $19.99 they're pretty great values even if many collectors are wary of or downright detest the 5-POA articulation and reduced paint apps on most of these.
I re-did my Hawkeye shelf. I added more stuff. The Black Knight doesn't fit the theme, really, but he's there to protect the others! 
I couldn't stand to put away the TARDIS lights after Christmas, so I put them on my headboard.
Finally, I put just about all of my fandom-related cross stitch on the wall!
