The Action Figure and Toy Collecting and Discussion Thread!

Is there a high quality Adam West Batman figure out there?

There will be soon

Mattel is putting out a whole line based on the Adam West show that should hit some time in August. So far Batman, Joker, Riddler, Penguin, Catwoman, Surf Contest Batman, and Surf Contest Joker have been announced as the regular figure releases. There will also be a Batman and Robin two-pack with a climbing wall section. Also they're making a Batmobile.

My Darci doll arrived today! Yes, I took her out of the box. The box was damaged, but still in okay condition for something 35 years old!

"Wowza!" Clint is impressed. Tasha is not.

A quick look at the new 31" Darth Vader from Jakks Pacific. I like this thing more and more with each photo and video I see about it.

You can't keep an Avenger from pounding a drink when the mood hits. Just ask Tony.

Here's part 2:

"I'm on a busssss!"

Oh, Clint. Rory wants to eat you.

Most drunks see pink elephants. Clint sees dual Bilbos.

The whole gang got together to watch The Avengers tonight.

Clint has more surprising adventures than Andy Dick on an Oxycontin bender. That figure is a legend. When this thread gets too long and has to be clanged shut, we'll dedicate Action Figure and Toy Collecting Thread #2 to Clint and make him our official mascot.

Unless we make him the mascot before then. ;)

I'm sure he'd be honored. "Cooleddie, it would be my genuine pleasure!"

And I could always repost the whole series of Clintasha adventures for the next thread.

We still have a little less than 5,000 posts to go before we reach the limit, the mods decide to call it a night and pull the curtain on this particular show. But yeah, Clint will have a special role to play in thread #2.

Ahaha Kira's Mom. Those pics are great!

I will take a picture of my camel collection one day. They might not be heroes to everyone, but camels are truly amazing animals. They are absolutely fascinating, as I am certain Spock would say. Camels can drink salt water, extremely salt water, without any problems. Also they are highly social animals. They love playing with people. In many ways they are like puppies, only bigger and perhaps a little (a lot) smellier.
They look very different from all other animals on earth. If I had been a little crazy I would have beleived they are proof there is life on other planets and that aliens built the pyramids and for some reason left their beautiful pets here.. (I do beleive there are aliens out there somewhere.. but not that they're been here yet) Anyway.. I gues that's of topic..But it had to be said.

To make up for it. Here is a plushie i made. It's my sister's human female mage from WoW.

Was able to finally find a single Hot Wheels Imagination U.S.S. Enterprise at a local CVS Pharmacy. Hope I can find another one eventually as my six-year old wants one now.

I still haven't found one. Nice score! Every once in a while chains like CVS will carry interesting toys even if they inflate the pricepoint above what a big box retailer would charge. In the past I found some interesting Star Wars figures that I didn't have while shopping at the chain.
