The A-Team Trailer

ooo i like it!, although i'll have to second the earlier mentioned dissapointment at Liam's thick accent when he delivered his tag-line :(

Is there one out there that doesn't need Quick Time.

I hate Quick Time, it's always a little bitch to me.

That second trailer is really fun, I like it a lot. Really digging the character vibes from the whole team, and the action looks ridiculously over-the-top which I am perfectly fine with.

We hardly got any of Copley as Murdock. Everyone else got a bit with dialogue, but Murdock's bit was others talking about him, and he only got one gag at the end.

And Jackson is no Mr. T, but then, nobody else could be.

I was wondering if the woman we saw was meant to be Amy Allen, but according to IMDb she's a new character. And it looks like the guy hunting them is named Lynch, after the first-season antagonist, rather than the more familiar Col. Decker.

I actually glad they're not taking themselves too seriously. We don't need another humorless update of an old show or movie.

I liked the trailer a great deal. Looks like fun.

EDIT: One thing though...they only got a ten-year sentence? Doesn't sound like the crime was too serious.

In the series:

[edit] The "crime they didn't commit"
During the Vietnam War, the A-Team's commanding officer, Colonel Morrison, gave them orders to rob the Bank of Hanoi to help bring the war to an end. They succeeded in their mission, but on returning to their base four days after the end of the war, they found their C.O. murdered by the Viet Cong and his headquarters burned to the ground. Therefore no proof existed that the A-Team were acting under orders, and they were sent to prison by a military court. They were sent to Fort Bragg, from which they escaped before they could actually stand trial.

The second A-Team trailer (with more character and plot) is up at Apple.com. And if you thought the parachuting tank shooting the plane was over the top, wait until you see what else they do!

Absolutely brilliant and definitely one on the list to see this summer. Hopefully (but doubtful) it will shut up those snively fan-boys who are screaming that Mr T and Dwight Schultz should be playing their old roles.

I agree with other comments that the last sequence in the trailer spoiled a very good moment of the film.

I love Biel's line about them specializing in the ridiculous. That says it all about the movie right there, that line and some of the footage of them actually doing ridiculous things, they knew the tone they needed to go for and went for it.
