Yeah, that was a good scene.

Like I said, it was a good-enough movie. But I just wanted more of the movie following the Basterds and their antics. That's the movie I was "sold."

It's a good movie, worth seeing and enjoyable. But I really didn't think it was fantastic.

I've yet to see it. I wanted to but was too busy to get around to it. I still want to see it.

I'll say that it is good and worth seeing, but not the movie you likely "think it is" and it's over-rated.

I expect it to be a very dark comedy. If so, I shan't be disappointed.

There's elements of that in thre but I wouldn't sum the film up as such.

And I disagree. I think it ranks alongside Pulp Fiction as Tarantino's best.

I agree. Loved Basterds, would probably have been my vote for Best Picture.

I'm not a huge Tarintino fan, but I'd say that's a correct thing to say. It's a well made, good-looking and interesting film. The big "set pieces" of the opening scene, the scene in the basement bar and the ending scene in the hteater were all good.

I just don't think it was that great a movie overall. It's well worth seeing and it'll surely please Tarintno fans, though. I just wanted more of the Basterds and less of the Jewish-chick and her plans/troubles.

Inglourious Basterds: Vastly over-rated.

It was just too damn violent and bloody for me to enjoy- but it was a great story. And Christoph Waltz was amazing!

I missed it when it was released. Saw it on DVD once, and then had to rent again. Loved it.

Avatar beats The Hurt Locker.
