Well, the Starkiller base did explode so we dont know how many of the bad guys survived. I'm kind of disappointed if this was the last time we saw Phasma. She seemed like a cool character now with a personal grudge againts Finn. Hux can go.I am glad they did not make Kylo another disposable bad guy like Maul.......
Forgot that line. So I guess all of the bad guys are coming back. Good. One big problem with the PT was disposable bad guys.A character actually says something like,
"General Hux has already left."
So Hux learned the lesson of Tarkin.
Phasma will be back - Kathleen Kennedy has already confirmed it and said she's one of her favourite characters and we'll see more of her in VIII.
I realised not long before it happened that it was going to happen.
I don't mind the decision creatively, but I did find it really distracted me from the big fight scene that followed. I mean, it's a huge thing to do in a Star Wars movie, especially at this stage.
Chewie's reaction broke my heart. For him it essentially means he failed to fulfill his life debt that he supposedly has, right (assuming that is still canon)?
In any case he lost his best friend.
Seeing him go to "war" on the base as a conequence was very satisfying, though.
I dunno about Phasma or whatever, they just seemed to stick her in there to appease SJWs. She didn't do anything and was in it for maybe 3 minutes total. It was surprising considering the focus on her in articles.
