Wow, I have to say that's some gross overacting by Bale.
Jesus Christ, dude! Just because this movie is not being directed by your god Christopher Nolan it automatically becomes a bad thing?

On topic, the trailer makes me fill with glee at how good this movie looks. Finally, a large glimpse at the future war. We waited 25 years for this! :D
.. T800 coming online and picking up a gattling gun from the wreck of a motorbike Terminator?
And OOOHHH!!! I think can see Albuquerque in one of the shots! :D And definitely the Sandias. Oh that's a beautiful trailer, IMO.

No, I'm just saying that in that trailer, Bale was really over-selling it. I didn't say the trailer looked bad (visually it looks gorgeous). I just said that Bale seemed to be overacting. Nothing to do with Christopher Nolan. I have no idea where you got that from.

This just bolsters my hopes further.

I'm not out-right "OMG, OMG, OMG" by this... but... I've gone from "Oh, shit, McG? WTF?" to "Bale? Hrm.. OK." onward to "This might work..." and now I'm at "Looking good."

So... yippy kay yay, mother fucker.

I know, wrong franchise, but Hasta La Vista doesn't work here. :p

I also enjoyed the trailer, I only hope that the movie is more than just your standard summer action flick. I know one can argue that that is all that T1 and T2 where (lets just forget about T3 here), but to me those flicks always felt a little more was at stake than just surviving the next car explosion.

The more I see of this movie, the more interested I become. I'm not confident about everything I'm seeing, but the majority of it looks good or interesting to me.

For what it's worth, I read the comments about Bale's "over-acting" before I caught the trailer, and I disagree with that opinion.
