Looks like we get another throw away terminator(I don't recognize that guy) next week when John and Derek go on a gun trip
 
Well, I have to admit, this is the first episode of Season Two I've given an excellent rating. While it was slow in places, learning more about Cameron and how Skynet does things in the future was worth it.
 
While I still like this show a lot, this ep got an 'Average' from me tonight. I had hoped for more, but felt a bit let down.

Next week looks to be back on-line with what I've come to expect from SCC.

There are minority terminators in the expanded universe. We have not yet seen one on film. I recall reading in one of the novels though that Skynet found them difficult to build effectively because of skin pigmentation.
 
this will be the terminator ellison/1001 is looking for, and yes, that was the longslide in the preview, honestly, i wouldn't mind john picking it up and it being his signature weapon for the series
