I'd argue that the T-1000 is neither male nor female (being a machine) and we don't know what it's "deafult" apperance is only the apperance it was sent back with in T2.

^ That's a good point. In previous incarnations of the Terminator series Skynet has assigned a default appearance for the unit (the principle human that it will replicate). I would assume that there was, at one time, a Catherine Weaver. We know from Season One's Dungeon's and Dragons that there was an entire team gathered to make Turk into Skynet. It's possible that Skynet would have her data in it's memory core.
