Enterprise use to not be as fine by looks of it, but unlike Voyager they have a Communications Officer. That might be part of why it is seen as ahead in this.

on the list the two series are separate

It seems to here TOS is winning by 1 vote above DS9 a close second.

I don't think it has anything to do with quality. DISCO has only been around for one season so far. It really hasn't had time to become anyone's all-time favorite yet. And it's hard to compare one fledgling season against, say, seven seasons of TNG or decades of reruns of TOS. (And, honestly, VOY and ENT are only a vote or two ahead of DISCO at this point, despite having been around much longer.)

My prediction: Give it a few years and DISCO will have its own hardcore fan base.
