Now obviously Chris Judge is probably a good bit younger that Don Davis but something that I never caught onto before was that although that is the case for the actors, for the characters Teal'c was a bit older than Hammond but yet Hammond would refer to Teal'c as son.
Now I know that son can be used by older people to refer to those yonger than them but was it the case here that Hammond wasn't aware that Teal'c was younger than he was or was it just something that slipped in by Davis himself as an ad lib?
I'm not looking too much into it, I'm just curious.
