So, boba is concluded..
Next is Obi Wan.. Set in.. Oh.. Haven't been here in quite awhile.. Tatooine! :brickwall:

Seriously, whole galaxy worth of planets.. Why keep on going back to That one?
Hope mando S3 steers way clear of it!

Y'alls comments on keep going back to the kitty litter planet?

I know you're being facetious, but where exactly would you expect a pair of shows that tells the story of "wot Boba did after the Sarlacc", and "wot Obi did after becoming a hermit" respectively, to at least start? Besides, from what's been said it sounds like Kenobi won't stick around on Tatooine for long. Personally I would have preferred it the other way around with Kenobi being a strictly planet bound western style story, and Boba being the planet hopping one. Oh well.

Also, for all the whinging I see about an over abundance of Tatooine, I see even more every single time they actually do and try something new or a little different (which is just as often.) Oh no, woe is us for we are getting more Star Wars than ever before AND we have the option of not watching the ones we don't like the look of! Whatever shall we do?!

They should set the series after Obi-Wan on Jaku. That way it's the same...but different.

It’s a fair point but I’d rather these shows were all in the same place than more characters related to the Skywalker Dynasty.

Next is Obi Wan.. Set in.. Oh.. Haven't been here in quite awhile.. Tatooine!
Based on the concept art reel we got last year, it's not set only on Tatooine.

I think it would stretch credibility if Obi-Wan ends up on all kinds of spacefaring adventures in his series, as he is supposed to be laying low and watching over Luke until the right time. Maybe a few jaunts in the outer rim would be reasonable, far away from the watchful eye of the Empire.

Though as a viewer, seeing sandy desert all the time gets monotonous. What really took the cake for me was The Mandalorian "Chapter 9 - The Marshal."

A good story to be sure, but... seriously, a sandy-looking creature coming out of a sandy landscape of sandy ground and sandy hills and coming after sandy-looking people? :wtf: They could have at least made the Krayt Dragon a different color to provide some visual contrast with the huge sea of beige.

The Marshall is still the best episode of the Mandalorian. Obi-Wan's series would do well to emulate such a style.
