Okay, so I have been messing around with these designs for a long time, and with help from the Tardis builders website, Scarfwearer's detailed depictions, tons and tons of years of research with my good Friend and writer Bryan of the www.whoniverse.net website, and my own research of 12 years in physics, and Doctor Who lore, I have finalized and codified the result of what I believe is a very accurate depiction of the Type 40 TARDIS.
Below are the new schematic pages I have put together to depict the Type 40 ship. These pages will cover just about everything out there, floor plans, and art. There will be sections covering the main engines, and many things that have been taken from the TV series, Comics, Art books, 3D renditions, Doctor Who Magazine articles and much much more. Our goal with this schematics project is to bring the most accurate and concise depiction for a Factory Floor model Type 40 as if it was just presented in it's original Mark I default format, and it's additional Refit, the Mark IA which Pertwee was using during the time of the Three Doctor's special and subsequently the Planet of the Daleks.. With the Mark II console beginning with Pyramids of Mars and Tom Baker.. finally resting on the Mark III which was built and refit by the Fifth Doctor Peter Davison and is the default of the current model used today with varying and differing Desktop themes.
So here are the first 5 pages of the TARDIS Master Schematics and General Plans Index:
