Takei Zinger

Takei's reasoning is a non-sequitur. Both issues could be just as likely to negatively affect (or not) the institution of marriage.

If you think that is weird, try showing up to a Republican Tea Party event if you are black or gay!

Pure silliness. My best friend is an extreme Tea Partier. As a black man, he finds statements like that extremely offensive.
As a conservative, so do I. Why do liberals love to attribute to conservatives views they don't have?

Demonizing and pigeonholing and generalization, of course. No way you could disagree with the agenda, of say... the current administration without obviously being a racist. :cardie:

Some people just like being "elitists". It has nothing to do with their political affiliation, faith or race. It could be done out of habit rather than in some mean-spirited way. I think plenty of people have heard "you are not logical" quite a few times. ;)

However I am disappointed that both Mr. Takei and Mr. Shatner even mentioned this Kim person (sorry cannot spell her last name). I didn't even know this person existed before reading their comments. Why do they have to feed me this useless information? My head was already filled with too much useless information. :(

It's no wonder that Hollywood is full of weirdies.

ONE: what does your post have to do with the one above it?

TWO: you are aware that the current GOP front runner is black, right?

THREE: I've been to tea party events, I'm gay, and I was wearing my little gay rainbow t-stirt too.

Although, I'm more brown than black.

Wow, I disagree with certain policies of Mister Obama's administration, and I'm female ...
that must make me a sexist huh?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Takei's comment just confirms why Sulu never had a girlfriend in any of the ST episodes or movies.

That's utterly ridiculous. Takei is an ACTOR who portrayed a character. The character was not the same as the actor. Gay men portray straight men and vice versa. It's called ACTING.

And did you forget about Demora Sulu? While we never saw a Sulu girlfriend, evidently Sulu got his freak on at some point, as he had a DAUGHTER.

Check out the sarcastic smiley at the end of my post. Your comments are utterly ridiculous, and BOLDFACING them doesn't impress me. It's only a fictional tv show. It's not reality. The whole Hollywood scene is phony. Reality is Takei pretending to heterosexual on screen with the help of some clever writers who cover up his homo lifestyle.

Who said Demora wasn't the product of a turkey baster and one of Sulu's female friends with a crew cut to put Shatner's to shame?
