Sweet zombie jesus - it's... TWINS!

it's Lursa

James and Joyce?

James and George

James and John

Check me on Betor too - I don't recall seeing her name in print recently. I can't think of any TrekLit I've read recently they might have been in. I've been playing in K Beyers wonderful Voyager sandbox.

My cat's name is B'Elanna - I've always thought that pretty. Kes would be unusual but not as overtly Trekkie sounding like say Vorik is. People might comment on it being unusual but will not probably write parents off as nutjobs quite yet.

We sent out texts to about 20 people last night to tell them the news.

About 15 of those rang us straight back. :)

^I can see why. My wife and I were secretly hoping for twins, but we're still very happy to have just one for now.

Congratulations. That's very exciting.

My brother had twins a few years ago. He and his wife already had three boys, and they decided to have one more and stop at four. Then they had twin girls. So much for stopping at four.

George and Gracie!

WIN! :bolian:

Isaac is also a good one

others to throw in to the mix:

Girls: Linda, Hana, Rachael

Boys: Samuel, Edward

I also like the name Marion for a boy, but that's only because of a late uncle who was born in the era (1930's) where the name was more of a unisex name. He'd be teased to no end in this day and age.

You have my sympathies as well as my congratulations!

My parents were in the same situation - had one daughter, fancied having another child. Got two for the price of one! Me and my sister. That was a lot of fun for everyone :D

Congratulations! My brother has twins (boy/girl) and the only real conflict is that they don't like sharing birthdays.

So you might try to arrange to have one born at 11:59 p.m. and the other at 12:01 a.m. so they don't have that issue.

Or, you could just sell one and use the proceeds to raise the other one.

If you sell it before you start to tell them apart you won't have to worry about attachment issues.

It's a good thing that idea never occured to my parents!

I think we're safe now - I have the grandchildren and my sister has the good job that'll pay for care in their old age. They can't sell either of us now :techman:
