Interesting episode. I didn't expect it to turn around so much, with Fang actually winning both challenges. It's hard to say who I like so far...I know who I don't like. I can't stand Ace and GC (is that his name? I can never remember for some reason). Sugar could be one of my favorites if she ever gets away from Ace.

Disappointed again - Paloma didn't get much chance to show herself, but she was cute and feisty and fun. I was hoping she'd manage to convince Corrine and the others to pull the coup and vote Ace out. I just really hope they're smart enough to do it sooner rather than later, as he's one of the most irritating and slimy contestants in years. Sugar is a fool for trusting him. She also still gets on my nerves and maybe I'm a horrible person, but her bringing her father up at TC smacked of trying to manipulate the others to garner sympathy.

As for Fang, I agree GC needs to go soon. In fact, most of that tribe can go...the only ones I don't really mind are Crystal and Matty.

Finally got around to watching the last episode.

Kudos to Sugar for finding the idol, but telling Ace was not a smart move. First of all, there's always the chance there will be a shake-up and her and Ace could end up on different tribes. Secondly, even though they have an alliance, it's in Ace's best interest to get her to play the immunity idol before the players are whittled down too far. I can see him trying to manipulate her into using it for his benefit.

I was waiting for the Imunity Idol to be located inside the shelter meaning that an exilie would have to opt to not find it in order to find it.

Once Sugar goes I'm going to be really pissed with this show.

All and all a meh episode.

You know they're running out of ideas when for challenges they're doing lacrosse on intertube boats.

Yeah that challenge was painful to watch. I thought the ranking of teammates was a nice way to shake up the tribes though.

I was hoping they'd boot whiny annoying Kelly rather than Jackie. Can't decide if it was a bad move or a good move for the Ken-Crystal-GC trio though.

I still can't wait for Ace and Sugar to be gone fast enough...

At least they voted off the weak instead of the strong as in past Survivor seasons. But the part I wondered about, that lawyer that was sent to the island, and was given the choice of the apple or the clue, why does he have to chose one or the other? No one was there. Is the camera man gonna tell on him? I'd have taken both.

To get to the apple, he would have had to break a seal on the gourd with the key to the hut. They would have know.

I'm sure they were told of a consequence if they broke the rules.

Then there is that pesky camera person following them around. I'm pretty sure they would notice what you did, maybe even record the evidence.

I have a possibly strange but very strong crush on Crystal, imo she's an incredibly hot woman.

Did not Sugar learn anything from last Survivor???

She should be fashioning a crude idol (perhaps out of a peachpit or something from her comfort bowl) and hanging it back on the same tree she found the real one on.

Kind of bummed that they voted off Jacque (I was rooting for her because she's originally from my area) but strategically, it was probably the smart thing to do. Kelly's pretty worthless, though, so keeping her could backfire in the long run.

Kelly's behavior kind of irked me. She was lucky enough to get a fresh start when the teams were rearranged, but instead of working hard and showing them she could be an asset, she loafed around camp and was sandbagged her way through the challenge.

Finally got around to watching it last night, and Fang is stupid. I can't believe they got rid of Jackie, on the basis of Sugar having the hidden immunity idle. Isn't it a little early in the game to worry about that? When you get to the merge, this tribe will be outnumbered and will be kicked off one by one. Last night watching it, it was one of the only times when I hope the writers would bring her back for another season because she deserves another chance.

Well I was certainly glad to see him go, though it probably would have been a better move to get rid of Sugar and the idol. I'm surprised at how crappy GC was at the challenges. He really did give up quite a bit and enjoyed taking breaks too much. Well, whatever, he's gone now.

It's funny how even after a tribe mix-up, the red team still sucks. But maybe GC really was the cancer and now that he's gone things will improve.

Sadly another boring, predictable episode. I keep hoping for something unexpected, but they're sticking to the safe plans at Tribal Council. This WAS a brilliant chance to blindside Sugar (who I've grown to like over the past few weeks) and hopefully screw up Ace's plans a bit too.

They should be hoping for a merge or another shakeup soon. GC might be gone, but Kelly still has a bad attitude and contributes nothing, Kenny is physically weak and Crystal's getting crankier by the day. They're looking pretty doomed...

Exactly, but I knew it wouldn't happen. The way they edit Survivor has become pretty predictable. They start by showing you who will get voted out. Then they show you the "last minute strategic plan" and make it look like a done deal. Then tribal council comes and goes and the original target is who gets voted off. I've seen this repeated countless times on this show.
