New eppy tonight, good people. :techman: Once again, I'm not certain if I'll have to fly out of town at a moment's notice, so if I'm noticeably absent tomorrow evening, I haven't abandoned you good people or the show.

I'm happy that Sam and Dean made up, and that Dean is trying to be more honest with Sam about what's going on with him. I think, the thing with Dean is that he throws himself completely into being the overprotective big brother that he puts Sam's wellbeing before his own more than he should, not allowing himself to deal with his own problems. I hope that slowly changes over the course of the rest of the season.

Tried watching the episode, but the CW isn't coming in for me for some reason. :wtf: I'll have to catch it later.

It isn't coming in because there's always some local affiliates that have problems with the signal. The CW sucks, plain and simple.

It's possible, but CBS isn't coming in either (not that I watch CBS all that much, I was just checking). Could just be a problem with my cable box.

A very good episode tonight. I enjoyed it thoroughly as I do with any episode that is supposedly has a location that is seriously a hop , skip and jump away from where I live. Will delve into the episode as soon as everyone sees it. ;)

Had to record this one, so it may be awhile before I get around to watching, but I am definitely looking forward to it.

I liked it. A real throw away to season two and one in format. And together with the character beats between the leads, it was a solid, enjoyable hour.

Fun episode. Take out the Sam/Dean drama (which was also nicely done) and it wouldn't have been out of place in Season One. Sometimes I kind of miss those simplistic "find the ghost's bones and burn them" days of yore. :)

So....it was good, huh? Sounds like a lot more fun than wooing the new inebriated clients at my meeting. Dicks. :censored: Charming to the last and then some.

I knew it wasn't going to last long this time and frankly, Sam shouldn't left Dean for a week and a half with the Leviathans still out there, wanting the both of them dead, and his mental Lucifer problem. That is just suicidal.

God almighty. I leave Oklahoma City for the day and I miss two earthquakes.  Apparently there was just another one that the north metro felt. Criminy cripes on a cracker. The one in the middle of the night was apparently a 4.7. This one may have been as strong. That's big for Oklahoma, kids.

How many times is it now that Sam has done his narna, and broken-up with Dean?

His What?

Now Sam has left Dean for several reasons, some times meant for brief periods other times meant for longer.

Season one, he left Dean because Dean wouldn't listen to him and instead followed orders from their absent father. He decides to came back, and manages to arrive just in time to save Dean's life.

Season two, he takes off from Dean to figure out why John thinks Dean might have to kill Sam. Basically to try and figure out what happened to him. Dean tells him to wait (this after Dean lying to him for months). Sam does manage to discover some hints. Dean is the one to follow him and decides to stick with him.

Season Two Sam is possessed by "Meg" and takes off, it takes Dean about a week to find him (still possessed).

Season two, YED transports Sam away from Dean.

Season three Sam briefly leaves Dean to research an immortal in hopes of saving Dean from his deal, Dean domes after him and in this case saves him.

Season 4, Castiel frees Sam when he is suffering the worse withdrawals from demon blood (enough so that is his physically getting thrown around the room, and seeing visions of people).

Season 5, Sam realizes that he can't trust himself (and that Dean doesn't trust him) decides to give up hunting. Dean thinks its a great idea. Sam wants to come back when he discovers that whether he likes it or not, Lucifer wants to use him as his meat suit.

Season 7 Sam leaves Dean (who has a broken leg, to go on hunt).

Season 7 Sam leaves Dean because Dean has been lying to him , killed his friend, and doesn't trust Sam. Decides to work with him again, when Dean actually talks to him, instead of lying to him (ie explains why he did what he did).

I take it Oklahoma doesn't often get earthquakes or ones of much magnitude?

I was raised in ALaska (lived there until mid twenties) and we had them all the time.

I just checked Alaska gets more then the rest of the US combined each year. Oh well you get tornadoes.... Closest I have ever seen was a one over water, never on land.
