Olivia Wilde is my vote!

Mila Kunis? Nope. Don't feel it. She's a good actor but seems too young (side-effect of her "best known" for playing a teenager in That 70s Show) for the part and just not right overall.

Anne Hathaway I'd go for and Olivia Wilde I'd go for any day.

Jetfire, I don't know if when you said that Matthew Goode would appear as a villain, you were serious or not but it's actually a pretty good bet. Cillian Murphy auditioned for Batman but ended up playing Scarecrow, while Heath Ledger was also supposed to have met Nolan for BB. Caville of course previously tested for Superman and was in the running for Batman.

Snyder has also cast Matt Brewer in two movies, Dawn of the Dead and Watchmen, while Goode was in the latter. Carla Gugino, another Watchperson, is in Sucker Punch, while Abbie Cornish was in the latter and in Legend of The Guardians. So he too has a tendency to revisit actors from previous movies.
