Yep, someone linked that quote earlier in the thread.
I gues with a thread 397 pages long and over 5000 posts something is bound to be repeated!!
Sadly, I think that last bit there will end up being true.
I'm the best there is at what I do... and what I do best is very nice!
I don't know about the US Marketing but over in the UK I find the marketing from WB to be pathetic. They are still playing the original teaser coming in 2013 trailer in the cinemas (unless its just my local ODEON one being shit) and 15 second TV Spots won't cut the mustard. That 3rd trailer needs to be playing much much more.
^^ Not so here in Germany. I've been to the theater twice this week, IM3 and STID, both played MoS trailers. IM3 played trailer 3 in 2D, STID played trailer 2 in 3D.
all the pics I have seen are with Clark without glasses. For some reason I do not think we will see Clark Kent the news paper reporter in this movie.
Well, it says in the official synopsis of the movie he's a journalist.
And I can't remember where right now, but I read an article with some interviews that said we would see the reporter Clark. No idea about the glasses though.
I'm guessing we'll get the glasses routine by the end of the film, probably.
I must have missed where they say he is a journalist.
Has anyone seen this new TV spot? Looks pretty good! (sorry I don't know how to embed it here).
^Very nice, I hadn't seen it yet.
Someone found their blur filter in Photoshop.
Remember the end of Sucker Punch? I didn't see that coming either. There were a few comic stories and even the recent Injustice Gods Among Us video game where Superman had enough of the games and decided to run the world.
Answering my own post. From looking at the TV spot and the part of him floating in the air I do not think we are getting a CGI Superman like in Superman Returns...at least it won't be as obvious.
That shouldn't be too hard; Even O.J. wasn't that obvious.
Regarding Clark and his glasses, there were set photos of Henry wearing a suit with glasses.
Cavill does seem to follow Hugh Jackman's workout routine. He could have been a good replacement for Wolverine.
I remember seeing that. I thought I saved the photo to my computer but I didn't and now I can't find it online.
