I think you missed one of the rules. It's superhero/villian names with two words, both starting with the same letter.

Names like:

Killer Croc
Sin City

are okay because they're sounds alliterative

i'm going on the pronunciation on the Marvel Action Hour F4 series which, one assumes, had some advice from Marvel on how to pronounce Uatu's name...

I and many others I know recall it being pronounced "Wah-too" on that show, but for me at least, it's been years. And I really don't think that show took much advice from Marvel on anything, really...I mean...yeeech.
