2010 represents a bit of a breather for the superhero genre. There's Kick-Ass in April, Iron Man 2 in May, and The Green Hornet in December, as well as an animated superhero comedy called MegaMind in November. There are a number of other comic book films in 2010, but they're adapted from non-superhero comics (like The Losers and Jonah Hex).
Things kick into higher gear in 2011 with Thor, Green Lantern, and The First Avenger: Captain America slated for release in the summer.
The Avengers and the Spider-Man reboot are aiming for summer 2012, and Warners will likely aim to release the next Batman film in that summer, too. If Wolverine 2 shoots in 2011 then it'll likely be a summer 2012 release, too. Ghost Rider 2 may shoot later this year for release in late 2011 or early 2012.
Apart from that there are a ton of superhero films in various stages of development. Of course most of them won't be produced and released between now and 2012. Magneto likely won't happen now because much of the same material is covered in X-Men: First Class. Bryan Singer is likely to make Jack the Giant Killer next, so X-Men: First Class is still a few years off.
DC Entertainment will announce some of their plans soon. It looks like the next DC film, other than Green Lantern, likely to get the go-ahead is Lobo.
