I find her New 52 costume to be even more redonculous than those of the other tentpole characters. I'm just hoping the final costume is a little more Flash and a little less Smallville.
That's one scary drawing of Cat.Cat Grant will look a lot like Ally McBeal apparently. Perhaps they should merge this with David E. Kelley's abortive Wonder Woman project:

Though is he not name-checked and only alluded to in the new CBS series’ synopsis, Superman will put in an appearance of sorts in the pilot.
As pointed out by KryptonSite by way of ProjectCasting.com, Supergirl is seeking someone “5-foot-11 or taller,” “square-jawed” and wielding “a ripped physique” to serve as a body double for “a DC Comic Superhero.”
Lest there be any doubt, interested parties are asked to email their application using the subject line “SUPERMAN.”
Pity that Brandon Routh is busy with Arrow (though I'm enjoying him there), I'd love to have seen him as this show's Superman.
^ I could take or leave seeing them again but I'd have liked to see Routh in the cape another time (even though I think Cavill is also an excellent Superman).
I'm pretty sure anything from the TV shows and movies would be part of the same rights as everything else. But I'm not sure how the whole thing with the family of Jerry Siegel effects this kind of stuff. I did notice when I was looking at a preview for one of the new Superman coimics that there's now a new credit for the family. At the very end of the credits it now says by special arrangement with the Jerry Siegel family. I'm assuming it must not hurt things to much since we're still getting Superman V Batman and Justice League.I'm wondering if he can? Would it trip legalities if components of different Supermen are "rights" that are held by different people other then Warners, DC or Shuster's family.
I don't think Chris suited up in his Muppet Show episode, even though every one kept asking him to and the uniform was "seen" in his wardrobe but not put on... Although, a different landscape entirely, but George Reeves was completely Superman on I Love Lucy.
