Well, I was kidding before; the official term used by the producers is "Arrowverse." Although I'm not sure whether they intend that to refer strictly to Earth-1 or to the entire multiverse (encompassing four known worlds so far).

I've heard Berlanti and Kreisberg use the term to refer to anything encompassed by Arrow, Flash, Legends, Vixen, and Constantine, which would include Earth-2 and Earth-3, but it's never really been specified if they consider those two alternate Earths as officially part of the Arrowverse itself or merely part of the Multiverse that has been developed around Arrow, Flash, Legends, Vixen, and Constantine.
