Well, I know that Chakotay was grieving over Seska (a woman who, in addition to having publicly humiliated him, endangered the crew and the ship) but it would have been nice to see him grieving over Suder too, even for seconds. Come on, Suder was one of his former crew members and his heroic behavior deserved more than to be despised just as in the case by his former leader, didn't he? Fortunately, there were Tuvok & the Doctor to pay tribute to Suder & his courage, at the end! As for B'Elena, despite her friendship with Seska, she had the decency not to collect on her body after their return onboard, especially after what Seska had done against them. I know love is blind -and when you fall in love, you do it hardly* - but there, Chakotay, you kidding! (*even if I notice that, while you frequented/slept with Seska, you tried to seduce Janeway ).
