Stump the Admiral

Quark?

No, he wasn't TNG...

But, Barklay was on all three.

Quark appeared on TNG, in the episode Firstborn.

Barclay never appeared on DS9. He was only on TNG and VOY.

The only characters to appear on all three shows were....

1.) Quark - mainly a DS9 character who appeared in TNG: Firstborn and VOY: Caretaker.
2.) Morn - mainly a DS9 character who appeared in TNG: Birthright, Part One and VOY: Caretaker.
3.) Broik - mainly a DS9 character (one of Quark's Ferengi waiters) who appeared in TNG: Birthright, Part One and VOY: Caretaker.
4.) Q - mainly a TNG character who appeared in DS9: Q-Less and VOY: Death Wish, The Q and the Grey, and Q2.
5.) Gul Evek - a character who first appeared in DS9: Playing God, then appeared in TNG: Journey's End, then again on DS9 in The Maquis, Part One, then again on TNG: Preemptive Strike, then again on DS9: Tribunal, then finally on VOY: Caretaker.

Jonathan Frakes also appeared on all three shows. Actually, he appeared on four - TNG, DS9, VOY, and ENT. He played William Riker in every episode of TNG, VOY: Death Wish, and ENT: These Are The Voyages (God, it pains me to write the title of that abomination). However, in his appearance on DS9: Defiant, he played Thomas Riker. So the same character didn't appear in each 24th century show, so he doesn't count. :p

Marina Sirtis also appeared as the same character, Deanna Troi, on three of the shows - TNG, VOY, and ENT. However, she never appeared on DS9 as any character, so she doesn't count either. :p

Looks like you just got stumped! ;)

On the episode when Voyager got duplicated which Voyager crew lived and which died, the copy or the original(the original crew we saw before they noticed something was wrong)?

The "copy" survived. The "original" self destructed to kill the Vidian boarding party.

This was who I was looking for.

Thanks for the rundown on the other possibilities.

I didn't consider Riker an option, because of the TomRiker thing but also tried to rule him out in case he was a back ground guy during the ep where Worf went looking for his Father in the Romulan death camps. I ruled out Quark because the actor wasn't playing Quark in TNG, just a nameless Ferengi in the TNG ep.

I forgot about Q and Morn. Mea culpa. Still don't know who Broik is...

Armin Shimerman played three different Ferengi on TNG. He played Letek in The Last Outpost, Daimon Bractor in Peak Performance, and Quark in Firstborn.

In Firstborn, Riker talks to him on the viewscreen in an attempt to track down Lursa and B'Etor.

As for Broik, he was an often seen, but rarely heard member of Quark's staff. In fact, he only spoke once, in DS9: The Dogs of War.

She managed to break it in the first episode so I guess she was starting as she meant to go on. Maybe it should be called the Prime Suggestion instead.

How many times, if any ( ;) ) has Janeway broken the Prime Directive?

You are asking an impossible question, sir. I cannot count the number of times she's broken it, and, yes, she has broken it.

I will gladly give you the stump on that one.

:(

I went to Memory Alpha, and they only have two violations for Janeway, one being her destroying the Caretaker Array, the other being in Time and Again.

Which surprised me, considering the stereotype is that she's more gung-ho, "whatever" than Kirk.

However, on the STARTREK.COM website, they have this article, which implies that other actions could be interpreted as breaking the Prime Directive.

That's on my list of 'against the PM'.

Prototype
The Killing Game
Memorial
Time and Again
Eye of the Needle (temporal PD)
The 37's
Resistance
The Swarm
Before and After (temporal PD)
Dragon's Teeth

... those are off the top of my head.

Don't forget about The Omega Directive, where she flat out tells Tuvok that the Prime Directive is rescinded. Though, I suppose you could cut her some slack there, seeing as how the Omega Directive does, in fact, over-ride the Prime Directive.

She broke the Prime Directive a number of times. However, this is the only time she flats out admits to doing so.
