I think it's safe to say that right now I'm under a lot of stress to the point that it's creating even MORE stress in my life. There are some issues I have to deal with, and as a result, my health is getting affected, too. I'm getting an upset stomach, headaches, light-headedness, and poor sleep quality. It's bad enough that I've exhausted all my accrued sick leave at work; now I'm having to tap into my vacation leave to cover my sick hours. It's like a domino effect.
How much stress do you have right now on a scale of 1 to 10? Mine would probably be 8. And what steps do you take to alleviate it? I'm trying to get back into meditation, but I find it hard to concentrate sometimes. I wish I could just pack my bags and get away from it all ...
