Just the fact that it seems the vast majority of starfleet ships are named for earth features, historical persons or vessels, or earth concepts was always annoying to me. I know, I know, American show in english showm mainly in the US, but a few more alien named vessels wouldn't hurt, would it? Although there was one novel, I can't remember which, that the Ferengi were referring to the "Enterprise" as the "USS Business Venture". I thought that was pretty funny.
