Stories you would have told in season seven

I never get the romance of the individual ships. It's not like they won't give her another ship if she knocks back her promotion to Admiral. I mean sure, that was a nice ship and it was home but the next one will work much better and be home as well.

Oh I'm in your camp totally.

I used to think that Crusher and Troi were mentally defective every time data would claim that he was a thing and an object, and they would laugh saying that he was the most human of them all.

Anthropomorphizing is for chumps.

I think a good finale would have been an epic battle with Borg fleet; Janeway is mortally wounded and Voyager screwed; they're flung back in time to a pre-civilization Earth with no way home; they abandon ship and set Voyager on course for sun.

Oh wait....

I think Morenna Baccarin was too young to play the role they cast her in. She played a seasoned yet regal and wise all knowing prostitute when the actress was 22-23... Were we supposed to think that she started whoring at the age of 11?

Morena took her top off again in Homeland tonight and it was totally justified artistically.

So yes, I mean her "then" was good, but her "now" would be better.

A huge plot reveal about Inara's ongoing story was revealed in the browncoats documentary... Have you seen it yet Teacake?

I just assumed she was at least 28. She does not look 22 or 23. If it takes years of training to get to her position then they really would be taking them in as barely out of childhood.

I haven't seen the documentary as a whole yet though I saw a bit on youtube from it (I think) which was basically Joss Whedon's nightmare about vaginas having teeth. I have been pissing myself over this since I saw it, I was completely embarrassed for him and I reckon Tudyk looks embarrassed as well. I'm hoping this Inara story people keep alluding to proves to be something else.

But this is perfect, because 7's nanoprobes lay the foundation for the you know whats to come.

"The Trial of Kathryn Janeway"! Kind of a clip show, but done right. I was suprised when the post-series books put her straight to work as an Admiral after all her prime directive violations.

Maybe put the whole crew on trial. Even Tuvok broke the PD at one point.

It's called promoting her out of the spaceways, where in theroy she shouldn't be able to cause as much trouble. :p

^^ Actually that would probably be a fairly easy VOY fanvid to mock up, complete with All Along The Watchtower.

I also thought Inara was older but who can tell. Damn those Brazilians and their fine genes.

The actress was born in 1979, and so was Claire Danes.

Damien Lewis who is pawing over both these delightful women is 8 whole years their senior.

There's a set age to be a whore?

Haven't you seen the show?

There were whoresiversities.

High end prostitution in the Firefly universe, if difficult to get into, lucrative and classy.

(If you really haven't seen the show, prostitution is legal, and everything else they do on the ship usually isn't.)

No dead eyed, is that a cold sore, daddy issues, crack addicts.

You pay for a princess and you get a princess.

No teeth Teacake, but they did talk about a similar threat down there in the browncoats special.

I think the two things I wanted the most was what happened to the Maquis, and what happened to 7 of 9. I know for the Maquis, didn't Chakotay say in Season 6 (I believe it was LifeLine) something like we'll cross that road when we come to it and the topic was the Maquis? As for 7, it would have been nice to maybe jump a year or two into the future to see how she is adjusting to life on earth.
