STO: Weird problem.

So, after a few years away, I decided to reinstall STO on my new laptop. Having fun, just reached the rank of Commander, so I got a new ship. Went to buy it, did buy it with the token you get for that rank......
And now no ship. It doesnt appear anywhere.
Not when I go to 'manage ships'. I tried to see if something went wrong and re-buy it, but the token is gone.
Can anyone help me?
