We'e making progress on the spire and got the "small" stuff out of the way.
Fleet marks are trickling in bit by bit.
The bottle neck once again is dilithium.

Right now we're at 110k where we need 910k.

There is, but apparently it is bugged ATM. A fix has just gone up on Tribble, so if that works, it should be live soon.

KDF update: The Spire has opened up the upgrade of one of the two tracks to Tier 1. By the time that one is has been finished, the upgrade on the other track to Tier 1 will be queued. After that the Tier 1 upgrade for the Spire itself, and some provisions, will give anyone playing KDF able to get anything from the Spire with an invite to another fleet's finished spire. Except ships of course.

So anyone who has some fleet marks or dilithium on a KDF character that they'd like to contribute, now is a good time!

Risa summer grind should come at just the right time for us to stock up on marks for the next round of upgrades. We've got one more Mine one about ready to pop, then should be back on leveling for a short while. Damned close to finishing out the Mine completely, and Embassy isn't in bad shape as well!

I have been offline for a little while (family stuff) but it looks like you guys are rocking the Fleet holdings. I have been donating what I can and am really impressed when I get a few free minutes and log on and check things out. My priorities when donating goes: Mine, Starbase, Embassy then Spire.
Do I need to rank up, fleet-wise, to get access to the Fleet Doffs? Some are still grayed out when I talk to the Personnel Officer even though I have enough marks for the higher grade Doffs?
Looking forward to questing with the fleet soon.

On the main base you can buy random Rare Doffs, or career specific Common Doffs.
I am not sure about the holdings, but I think we are about to unlock Very Rare mining doffs.
Right now you should be able to get the Rare variity, same for the Romulan doffs available at the embassy.
The Spire probably has some Uncommon Voth doffs to offer, have not really checked.

Generally our priorities are
Mine (next big upgrade should be ready to contribute about now-ish).
Embassy (between upgrades, regular leveling, not too far off from reaching the T3 upgrades with a bit of combined effort)
Spire (is running an upgrade cooldown, in the meantime just leveling for the rest of T2 and starting to level up toward T3)
Starbase (generally just leveling, still a long way off from the next upgrade, resupplying engineering personal provisions)

Thanks for the info TLV.
So the "better" or specific Doffs are locked out until the tier upgrades are completed. The Random rares are nice but it's like playing slots. Pull the handle and see what you get. I prefer to spend my marks on things I need not random chance. Oh well, I guess we will all have to complete the upgrades so we can all have access.

yes, as the holdings get higher rank, you get better options to purchase.

And yeah, we've been kicking butt with the holdings lately. We're cruising through our upgrades, people have been working hard at it. In the near future, we've got a decent chance at maxing out Mine, Embassy, AND Spire. Starbase is a long-term project, just gets crazy hard as you move up...

Starbase T4 is at least possible till the end of the year, if we finish the holdings soon and can pour all those marks, dilithium and doffs into the main base projects.

However T5 will be a bitch.

The requirements for that is everything we did for T1-4 and then some.

yep, definitely a bitch. that's why i tend to focus on the other holdings (shorter payoff and generally more fun rewards anyway) and figure we'll just keep picking at the Starbase leveling projects as they come. It'll happen eventually, no rush. As long as we've always got the 3 main leveling projects available, we'll get there. And will try and sprinkle in the provisioning projects as needed, but if something is out, feel free to queue one up to put more in...

I just kicked off the Development Upgrade for the mine.
10 days till we have access to Mk XII Elite Warp Cores, Very rare mining Duty Officer missions, purple mining doffs and and additional upgrade project to get another 6% discount to fleet mark project requirements.

Excellent, we killed that one fast! The discount should make everything else a little easier, hopefully that snowballs for us. Just keep charging, we're doing great lately. And the summer event should give a nice boost in marks.
