Sorry guys, haven't really been around in ages. I still pop in now and then and pitch in what I can, but I have been busy with college. I did get my Obelisk carrier, what do you guys think of it? I like it, actually. Sturdy ship, seems versatile. Just need to work on getting equipment for it. I don't really have any of the special sets.

what's the point of the pink dots? just the beam in reinforcements thing? and yeah, would rather they just award them to anyone that helped clear that mission. split it up based on consoles used/bad guys damaged, etc.

There's one mission just to collect 20 pink dots. Apparently, these big bad dinobots are really extravagant pinatas.

Nope, its 120 pink dots in exchange for marks and dil. And if you don't complete it, you don't get access to the big daily commendation mission. So yeah if you want to complete your dyson rep using the battlezone, you're forced to collect pink dots.

I'm referring to the Call In Reinforcement mission, which if I'm not wrong is the follow-up to this mission.

Call in reinforcement at captured points. Earn command credits by defeating enemies or capturing points. Use command credits at captured points to call in reinforcements from your ship. Higher ranks will earn more credits towards mission completion:

Ensigns: 1 point (20 command credits)
Lieutenants: 5 points (40 command credits)
Commanders: 10 points (80 command credits)
Captains: 20 points (120 command credits)

And you need 20 points to complete this mission.

There appears to be an upgrade available for the Embassy. Tier 2 which will give us an extra doff slot. Can someone with access please start the upgrade project?

Seems like we have a lot of projects running concurrently and most need the two things that I'm out of - Dilithium and white DOFFs...

At one point it was the Dilithium mine, and then it was the Starbase. The Embassy project to upgrade to Tier 2 is currently going on. So it seems priorities are everywhere. I'm sure if we all focus on one task, we can get things built quicker. Each project group has their own great rewards, we just need to buckle down and focus our resources into one at a time.

When I logged in the other day, i saw someone had slotted Provision projects that only require a huge lump of dilithium. Those projects are totally worthless to us. They give pratically no XP and we have more provisions than we need atm.
They only thing people get out of it is fleet credits and we really don't need to block main project slots for that. If someone is in serious need of fleet credits we can slot the no XP/special projects intended for large fleets to counter the lack of fleet credits opportunities.

Personally, I'd like to see us get the Tier 5 shipyard. Still a ways to go...

Try the TrekBBS channel. I've found that's generally a lot more active (which still isn't much, but it's something).

Time for another push on the holdings. The DIL Mine and Embassy ( I think?) both have an upgrade project almost done, the Starbase has some general leveling that needs a push, and there are some really nice consoles we could buy if we get the Spire projects off the ground.

Time to do a little grinding (DIL, DOFFs, etc) and pick a target to donate to

Alright, I just kicked off the embassy tier 2 recruitment project. It will complete in 7 days.

After this round of upgrades, the next big push should be to unlock Spire Research Provisioning Projects which is achieved by reaching Tier 1 in Spire Resarch. Once that is achieved, fleet members can start purchasing Vulnerability Locators Tac Consoles from other fleet's spires.

I took care of the Doffs and got the first two starbase projects and one of the spire projects going.

yeah, getting the Spire going would be nice. Can get invites into other fleets' spires, but we don't have any provisions yet, so can't get any of the sweet TAC consoles.

Plus I kinda want to upgrade my current ship, Chimera, to the Fleet version, and that's somehow tied to Spire T2 now, so motivating me to donate
