Well on the Fed side making friends is kind of our and on the Klingon side more allies means killing more Earther scum.

Well the downside is the reason for each fleets existence. The Armada was created for members of this board while GIF is a platform for all sorts of players. Which isnt bad in itself, but tends to let their administration recruit, let's call it proactively, to justify their further existence.
So it wouldn't surprise me if they at some point propose a merge, which would pretty much end us.
But if we are confident of our identity here, there is no reason not to go for it.
I am all for it as well. I have no fear for our identity. Its not like they can do a hostile takeover. If they ask for a merge we can say no thank you. I do think that being allied will give us good benefits from a team building perspective though. It will be nice to have a group of people who are inclined to say yes if we invite them on a mission. And it means we might get asked to help out too.

House Trek BBS is up and running on KDF side.
It has existed for awhile now but with just the founding members not logging in nothing happened there.

It`s an interesting fleet roster. So far we consist among others of a Borg Klingon (my toon named Pi of 3), an Altani (sp?) (an original alien of Aelius), a Gorn and a Founder (even with shapeshifting powers

So, patch today has updated Terradome with the Gozer fixes. Are we going to have a fleet run for it?

I cancelled my sub last month too.

KDF has a lot more to do these days. It has 7 exclusive missions. You can play another 15 missions worth of Featured Episodes (Breen, Devidian, Reman). Another 4 Episodes at near endgame (Undine). We got the new Sorties/ Raid missions, the Deferi dailies, cluster exploration and defense and 4 STFs plus the PVP the faction was originally built around. We are about to get a nrw Tutorial to play a Klingon from the start with season 4. Next featured Series will open up the Cardassian sectors to KDF.
The foundry daily adds new player created missions which dont do much in terms of leveling your toon but can be a lot of fun.
