Yeah i watched a YT video on it, so i am just going to disconnect it and leave it in as that is the simple option, and i just checked out the price for a third party repair as Valve have no offical repair in the UK, and it is from £120 to £220, and at those prices i may as well just put that towards one of the more powerful pc handhelds next time, that at least has offical repair options here in the UK, as i don't think i want to spend that kind of money on what will be a second hand battery from another dead steam deck.
