Hello All:

a) trying to gauge people's thoughts about the notion of re-casting the role of Spock in Discovery ? (since he is appearing in Season 2) ?

b) Thoughts about casting of Rebecca Romjin as Number 1 ?

c) my 2 cents: was a little turned off during the panel about the "in your face" altitude re: 'Gay Love/Gay Sex' and constant reminders of "gay" boyfriend or spouse.... I don't watch Star trek to hear-see about gay love...I watch star trek for adventure, action, story...not 'sex in the city' in space...I am also concerned about the long term viability of the franchise when there's not much out there for kids/youth...why can't there be a star trek animated series ?

It's not more 'in your face' than any hetero sexual couple on Star Trek, so what's your point exactly?
