Stay-at-Home Thread

That looks tough. Not much to go on...
My aunt gave me this at Christmas. Might resort to it if I get desperate, but I'll need to re-arrange my furniture in order to do it.

I have never done a 3000 piece puzzle mainly because of lack of space. I think the largest I have ever done is a 1500 piece. I would love to do that one.

Uh, with friends like that...?

two of my friends, including this one, are isolating on their own. Neither have the internet on and both are having problems coping with the boredom. The other friend keeps phoning me and wanting long chats which I don’t like as she is a bit of a Debbie Downer of late. I have told her not to phone me between 10am and noon as that is the time my son and I play board/card games.

I have taught my son to play backgammon. He does not like it much and I am a little disappointed in that because it is one of my favourite games.

I've been working from home since March 12th.
:ack:
Naw!
I love it!
I can take my dogs for a walk right after work.
No driving 45 minutes+ each direction.
I hope after this is over, they'll let us still work from home. But I need a better chair.
And my dogs are like three year olds,
"Mommy I want this, mommy I want that! Mommy why is.....,"
But they're dogs so sometimes I just make them go outside.

Wish you could teach me to play-- I've always wanted to learn.

It never works out like it should-- being alone in the house for a couple of months with the internet, books and garden seems like a wonderful fantasy to me at the moment.

Well, the vacuum has up and died. Guess I'll be headed out today among the great unwashed to pick up a new one. With a shaggy dog and also a sheddy cat, this is something essential for sure.

I highly recommend the Hoover Pet Max Complete. I got one last fall as a birthday gift from my Mom; I freaking LOVE this vacuum. With a big, long-haired cat in our small house, we *really* needed a good vacuum.

That is exactly what we ordered last night. I go pick it up today! That's too funny. Glad to hear it has worked for you. I would have gone with a Dyson, as I had one for years and year, but right now, that's just not a financial investment we can make.

This is a serious question.
Is it okay to just eat frosting?
Or should I make cookies to put it on to convey it into my mouth?
