If Mark had left without asking for his advance back, Jenny would be fine. If Mark had left and demanded his advance back, they would have been double screwed. Mark should be in jail.
Jenny needs to go back to her small town and live with her parents, because she is a baby. If she goes back to where she comes from, then rent is probably a third to a 1/4 what is is in LA, and she doesn't have to live with her parents. Is the writers course free?
