Spoilers Starship Design in Star Trek: Picard

Too little too late.

But still a good episode. I was actually creeped out by the Borg drones in that one. At least they got a last hurrah as an actual menace even if from a chronological point of view it was earlier than any TNG, DS9 or VOY appearance of the Collective.

I kinda envy people who are so easily amused that they find watching CGI rollercoaster fun.
Welll.... seeing as it is a part of Star Trek and I have enjoyed all things Trek for 50+ years,
I'd say it's a shame that you find something simply meant to be entertaining, not to be Fun.

Perhaps a bit of introspection and a little bit less of being so serious, could lead you to enjoying fluff entertainment more often?

Why bemoan something that one has no control over and has no real effect on ones Life ...

Any enemy will become defanged with overuse. I haven't found the Klingons a credible threat since Star Trek III.
I hadn't found them a threat in TNG, but both TUC and DS9 had moments. ENT didn't really. Into Darkness had a great moment. DSC offered a little bit different view that I found more engaging than most. I always love seeing Klingon culture since they are among the most prolific alien species. I want more variety and that's what I got. It made them more alien and thus, a little more intimidating.

As always, YMMV.

wow way to be a condescending prick :vulcan:

Come on. There's no need for that at all.

I hope season two gives us episode after episode of assimilated Disco Klingon-Borg drones and uses TOS footage corrected to include the proper canon Disco Enterprise.

Right, but what about all the others? Will they all look like him or will there be a mish-mash of human-augment types still floating around, along with the DISCO KINO's?

In the late 24th century? There might be no Augment Klingons left. But in DSC we could stand to see some of them along with TNG-style ones that are recognizably Klingon.
