Seems like it's got eight legs, so a Hooded Spider? Ricinulei are typically about 5 to 10 millimetres (0.2 to 0.4 in) long. The cuticle (or exoskeleton) of both the legs and body is remarkably thick. Their most notable feature is a "hood" (or cucullus) which can be raised and lowered over the head.
Man, I liked the entire crew of Rios Holograms. I didn't want only 1x of them, I wanted the entire set.
I never thought I'd see the day that STO ships would have Memory-Alpha pages https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Ross_class https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Gagarin_class The other two don't have pages yet. I noticed the shuttle that brings Picard to the Stargazer, has nacelles that resemble the Stargazer's. Also the shuttle that brings Admiral Whitney to the Chateau is a DSC shuttle.
The shuttles from Disco don’t bother me too much, but if you don’t have the budget for new ones why not use something from INS or NEM?
The shuttle that brings Picard to the Stargazer is a new design. We also had a new (for canon anyways) shuttle design on Mars in Season 1. I'm guessing the DSC shuttle in S2 was a temp that they missed They have to get the models from somewhere or build their own. They don't have the INS or NEM models on hand.
The segmented design of the Stargazer's phaser arrays look familiar, but I can't place where I've seen it before.
We saw the Excelsior class consistently during the 24th century. That is different to a shuttle in the 23rd century suddenly appearing in widespread use again in the almost 25th century
You don't want to. Sadly you just seem to be on Picard threads on some sort of revenge mission on Discovery's behalf. You are exactly the kind of "hate watcher" that you endlessly argue with on Discovery threads
I'm not watching it going forward. I loved the new uniforms, and Stargazer ship design. Picard as chancellor is cool and I hope we get a 25th century Academy series. I've never liked the Excelsior. I'm being consistent.
