Dear Members of Starscape BBS (and unaffiliated guests),
I think it's time this board developed it's own true identity, it's own look, it's own feel, it's own environment for everyone to participate. Over the last few years, the board has undergone many changes, looking for something that she could set into stone, something to build a firm foundation.
Recently, the board had a CSS problem caused by myself, and it was enough for me to have to totally replace it with a board setup I had planned for a year from now. However, that is not permanent, and it's not optimal for the board itself.
Here is what I'm asking from all of you.
I want you to help me build Starscape BBS. I need format ideas, theme designs (buttons, banners, CSS style sheets), and forum ideas. This isn't just for one person, or a just a few people. I need as many people to become involved as possible. It's not a contest. It is a request. I am tired of the board changing because I can't seem to find the right theme, or the right topic arrangements. So I am asking for your assistance.
Does Starscape lack focus? Do we lack the drive needed to push forward? What do you think? Tell us.
I want Starscape BBS to be around a long, long time, and always as an alternative to other boards, whether they be good or bad. So will you help?
If you are interested, there are threads pinned in the Welcome Center of the board.
This is an all call, being sent to every member. I consider it important and urgent enough to begin soon.
