Stargate SG-1 is back on Netflix (US)!

My watch history shows I made it up to season 4 (already went thru the entire series but rewatching) before it was taken away. Wondering if I should start at the beginning, or just dive back in.

Worth noting. Netflix has the original showtime version of the pilot unlike Amazon Prime which had the Brad Wright approved cut with no nudity and clearer picture.

I quit watching in Season 9 when it was taken off Netflix. I watched the episode where I left off and couldn't believe how cringy it was. Prestige TV certainly changed the landscape of TV. I still have fond memories lf the first six seasons or so.

I don't think the Stargates were ever really considered prestige TV.
So with this, SG-1 is now on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

I stopped watching when they first came out after our TV channel decided to air them out of order in season 5 or 6. Finally I can watch them all again and then continue :D

I noticed this last week. And interestingly enough, Amazon Prime doesn't have it anymore. Coincidence?

(Though oddly enough, netflix does not have SGA or SGU, while both are on Amazon Prime. Same with the movies, though those have to be paid for.)

SG-1 is still on Amazon Prime for me, for another six days.
It's still on Hulu, and it's not under expiring, so it'll be sticking around on there, for a little while at least.

I watched the pilot for the first time in 20 years, and noticed how memories can deteriorate... I thought Teal'c and the iris appear a bit later, not yet in the pilot XD
