Star Wars The Clone Wars Season Five News and Discussion

I went ahead and looked at the spoilers. They didn't detrimentally affect me whatsoever. I'm still looking forward to Season 6 and I'm actually more interested than before.

I find that for some reason I'm less bothered about the direction they took now that it's apparently a done deal. It's kind of like the bringing back Maul thing. I was dead-set against that as soon as I heard the spoiler that they were bringing him back. Even when I saw Witches in the Mist, I was still in denial, arguing that it was just a trick, that Talzin was simply manipulating Savage to get him to do her bidding. Then I got into the Maul episodes and totally bought into them based on the overall quality, Witwer's performance, etc.

Has anyone seen this? It's a German season 6 trailer.

( Apologies if this had been posted already but I missed it )

Yoda and the Order 66 arcs are the two I'm most interesting in watching. Not sure what to make of the Mace/Jar Jar storyline, but I've been pleasantly surprised in the past by the material the writers gave Jar Jar.

Thanks for that! In other Season 6 news and aimed more at action figure collectors than the average SW fan but still pertinent, Hasbro seems to be in the works to produce a super-articulated figure of Clone Commander Wolffe in its Black Series line of 3.75" collector-focused figures. They're also doing a second TCW Clone commander in the line, one specifically from the final episodes of the series and who wears a greenish kama. Interesting!

Wow ... more than ever I am disappointed that the series was canceled prematurely. This looks amazing ... and I'm thrilled we're going to be seeing it!

Really?
Yoda vs. Palpatine? AND Obi Wan and Anakin vs. Dooku?
I can't believe they went there. Again, I mean.

Well, nobody said the final 13 episodes would be remotely perfect. I guess we'll have to take the gristle with the meat.
