Man, seeing that gets me ridiculously excited. After they made drastic changes to a lot of the previous EU material they've brought into the shows before, it's awesome to see them sticking so close to the source material with Thrawn.
I know, I just meant the ghost crew specifically as individuals, not just rebels in general and that Sabine may be especially vulnerable on this count. One of the videos outright states that's what he's doing with the art.
I think that is a flash back IMO, Sabine was in the Academy.(Am I crazy, or does that look like a close relation of Sabine in the middle, next to Wedge? Also the one on the right looks familiar.)
Indeed I did. Rectified.I think you put the wrong quote in the second part of your post there.
I didn't have a problem with most of the changes that they made, but it's still cool to see such a direct adaptation.
Oh, yeah Courtship of Princess Leia is a very strange book. I enjoyed it overall, but it's very very weird.

I really, really wish they weren't wasting Thrawn on Rebels
So, Ezra will probably out think Thrawn then kick his butt easily just to make sure that the character loses all credibility for all time.
He's too good a villain to be stuck on a show written so badly and for such a young (early elementary school) demographic.
They've done fine with Tarkin and Vader without making them feel weak.
Did you even watch the series, or even Season 2? I wouldn't let any kids in Elementary school watch this. Middle school maybe.
Vader wanted Kanan and Ezra to escape IIRC. Lead them to the rest of the Rebels.
Keep watching Season 2, it gets better. The Finale was amazing (minus one very stupid thing) And in Season 3 trailer Ezra doesn't even feel like 'Space Aladdin'
He hasn't had that Slingshot since Season 1, and in Season 3 he has a real blaster now, there is a time skip and hes older.
The last we've seen of Ahsoka so far was the silhouette of her walking away somewhere around or within the Sith fortress at the end of the season two finale.Ahsoka isn't dead.
Well maybe. her fate is up in the air.

If there's any doubt, I'm calling it: Not Dead.
Very interesting! She is getting her own novel that takes place right after Order 66.
FYI Dave considers all the unreleased Clone Wars stories to be canon. That is why Ahsoka recognizes Darth Maul in the Season 2 Finale, she met him during the Siege of Mandalore, that was going to be shown in Clone Wars had they gotten the chance.
There was story arc that had her come back to the republic (but not the jedi) and still help fight. Anakin gave her command of a battalion of 501st troops lead by Rex, while he and Obi-Wan ran off to save the Chancellor, they would have shown Order 66 on Mandalore.
Ahsoka isn't dead.
Well maybe. her fate is up in the air. Dave Filoni said at Celebration this week that he did consider her fate sealeled, but with the fan reaction he said he may have changed his mind.
She won't show up in Rebels again, but she may appear in other places.
Regarding your spoiler, LucasFIlm destroyed the canon 3 years ago. Where have you been? Everyone's backstory is up in the air now, if it wasn't established in Clone Wars or the movies. Anything can happen.
If that change bothers you, then you should probably just stop following any new material.
Why not have Pablo & Dave describe it in their own words?Very interesting!
